Specify the Default Form for the Folder

Now make the Product Idea form the default form for the Product Ideas folder so that when a user clicks the New button on the Outlook Standard toolbar, the Product Idea form appears.

To specify that the Product Idea form is the default form

1. In the Folder List, right-click the Product Ideas folder.

2. Click Properties.

3. Click the General tab.

4. In the When Posting To This Folder, Use drop-down list box, click Product Idea and then click OK.
