Do not bind the ListBox control to a Yes/No, Combination, or Formula field.
® In the Possible Values text box on the Value page, type the values you want to appear in the list. Separate each value with a semicolon, as shown in Figure 6-25. You can also use the Addltem method or the List and Column properties to add items programmatically to the control.
To set the initial value of a ListBox control
® In the Initial Value text box on the Value page, do one of the following:
® To set the initial value to a single value, type the value that you want to appear as checked in the ListBox control when the user opens the form to compose an item, as shown in Figure 6-25.
® To set the initial value to multiple values, type the values that you want to appear as checked in the ListBox control when the user opens the form to compose an item. Separate each value in the Initial Value text box with a semicolon.
The ListBox control can also display multiple columns, at which point it behaves more like a grid than a list
