Adding macros to a menu

To add a macro to a menu:

1 Select View > Toolbars > Customise to open the Customise dialog box.

2 Open the Commands page, and select Macros from the Categories list.

3 In the Commands list for macros, choose the Custom Menu Item. Click the menu to which you want to add the macro, and while it is visible, drag the Custom Menu Item and drop it to the desired position on the menu.

4 Click Custom Menu Item on the menu, and the Assign Macro dialog box will appear, from where you can select and assign a macro as we have seen earlier in this chapter.
