Applying passwordprotection to a workbook

In some cases, you might want to limit access to a workbook only to those who know the password. To save a workbook file with a password, choose File ^ Save As. Then, in the Save As dialog box, click the Tools button and select General Options. This displays the Save Options dialog box, as shown in Figure 2-16.

Specify a password and click OK. Or, click the Advanced button to specify the type of encryption to use.
